Influencer Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for finding and engaging relevant influencers for international projects.

What you will do:

Search for and select relevant influencers and bloggers for specific campaigns and GEOs.
Work primarily with YouTube creators in the crypto, fintech, trading, investing, and financial sectors.
Additionally work with lifestyle and business creators when their audience matches the campaign objectives.
Analyze influencers’ audiences: GEO, niche, reach, engagement, audience quality, and target audience fit.
Build databases of potential influencers and recommend them for specific campaigns.
Communicate directly with influencers and their managers and conduct negotiations.
Agree on content formats, terms, pricing, and publication dates.
Coordinate the content creation and publication process from start to finish.
Monitor compliance with agreements and the quality of placements.
Resolve work-related and conflict situations with influencers and their managers.
Track agreements, placements, budgets, and campaign results.
Handle finances within your area of responsibility: monitor budgets, payments, and placement confirmations.
Analyze campaign results and draw conclusions about influencer performance.
Continuously expand your own database of relevant influencers and contacts.

GEOs we will be working with: USA, LATAM, Malaysia, Thailand

What we are looking for:

At least 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing.
Experience independently finding and engaging influencers, rather than working only with an existing database.
Understanding of YouTube influencer marketing specifics.
Experience working with crypto / fintech / trading / investing will be a major advantage.
Understanding of how to evaluate an influencer not only by the number of followers, but also by the quality and relevance of their audience.
Experience working with international GEOs and English-speaking creators.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and tasks in parallel.
Strong organizational skills: spreadsheets, influencer databases, deadlines, budgets, and placement statuses.
Responsibility for results and the financial aspects of your tasks.
English — B2 or higher.
An existing database of influencer / manager contacts will be a plus.
